Russell Dollinger, Ph.D.
CEO and co-founder
Dr. Dollinger has a proven track record in business having founded the successful publishing company, Booksmythe, in 1999. Booksmythe owns the publishing rights to the best-selling Pocket Medical series. Dollinger wrote the original "medical language" books that allow doctors and nurses to communicate with non-English speakers. Additionally, Dollinger created and owned a suite of earlier language companies, JDV Publishing Co., JDV Interpreting Service, and JDV Typesetting. Dollinger's vision, leadership, extensive experience in the language field, and scientific background, is behind the original design of the Interphraser system. Dollinger prepared and has submitted patents for the technology and intellectual property that underlie the device operations of Interphraser. Dollinger has been instrumental in coordinating the development of the Interphraser system including authoring the phrase-set content, supervising translation and recording by Paragon Language Services into 10 languages including English. In addition, Dollinger routinely consults with Adam Higerd, Sr. Technologist, who is charge of the software development.

Russ received his Ph.D. from UCLA and his undergraduate degree from UC Davis.

Gregory Smart
CFO and co-founder
Mr. Smart has been instrumental in the creation of all aspects of the Ingenuitor business plan and the structure and strategic planning for Ingenuitor. Mr. Smart has extensive experience in several areas of business that range from consumer product management for SleepCo, real estate acquisition and financing for HarborFront Properties, and business financing strategy and planning for many other start-up companies including the Origin Studio Group and the San Fernando Valley Hybrid Alliance. In 1992 he founded RCV Partners, a boutique start-up advisement and investment banking service that secured several million dollars of financing for business clients in technology, entertainment, and education. His clients have included: A2Zitv, Anyzone Technologies, Big Event Pictures, ISPYMedia, Rick Citron (RLV and Satellite Clients), Sector Labs, VMatrix, and Westbourne International. Smart has been a keynote and round table guest speaker at numerous conferences and business forums. In addition to demand for his assistance with business consulting he is active in community volunteer work.

Greg recieved his undergraduate degree from Menlo College, was a fellow at Oxford University, and a fellow of the prestigious Leadership LA Program.
