Russell Dollinger, Ph.D.

CEO and co-founder

Dr. Dollinger has a proven track record in business having founded the successful publishing company, Booksmythe, in 1999. Booksmythe owns the publishing rights to the best-selling Pocket Medical series of books. Russ wrote the original "medical language" books that allow doctors and nurses to communicate with non-English speakers. Additionally, he created and owned a suite of earlier language companies, JDV Publishing Co., JDV Interpreting Service, and JDV Typesetting.

His vision, leadership, extensive experience in the language field, and scientific background, is behind the original design of the Interphraser system. Russ' domain knowledge has been instrumental in coordinating the development of the Interphraser system including authoring the phrase-set content, supervising translation and recording of the content into 10 languages including English, and management of the software development.

Gregory Smart

CFO and co-founder

Mr. Smart is the Chief Financial Officer and co-founder of Ingenuitor, Inc. He has been instrumental in the creation of all aspects of the business including structure and day-to-day operations. He is responsible for financial health, development, and strategic planning.

Greg has extensive experience in several areas of business management that include: consumer product management, IP portfolio management, component sourcing, real estate acquisition, public relations, and financing strategy/ planning/ execution. He has advised and handled investment banking services that have secured several million dollars of financing for customers in business sectors that include technology, entertainment, and education. Greg has been a keynote and round table guest speaker at numerous conferences and business forums. In addition to demand for Greg's help as a business consultant, he is highly regarded for his volunteer work.

Jim Bachniarz

Director

Jim is retired from a 35 year career at United Parcel Service. Most of his work was in the field of Industrial Engineering and Operations. He specialized in equipment design,work measurement and long and short range planning. He also worked for many years in territory expansion. Much of the time he was one of the driving forces behind UPS's hourly employee incentive pay plans. At retirement, he was a Manager in the UPS Corporate Strategic Planning Group. His specialty was technology development and future service enhancements. The technology was developed from in house resources and through acquisitions of many companies. He was a pioneer in the development of the Next Day Air Service, and lead the team that provided the Company with its prototype real-time tracking and tracing system.

Steven Stumpf, Ed.D.

Chief Science Officer & Project Evaluator

Dr. Stumpf brings an exceptionally strong background in healthcare technology as well as numerous contacts in healthcare organizations culled through more than 30 years working in healthcare professions, especially in Los Angeles County. Steve worked in Health Professions education at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine from 1986 to 1996. He is the former Director of Projects Development for the R&D telemedicine shop, the Advanced BioTelecommunications & BioInformatics Center (ABBC), from 1996 through 2003. Steve was also Project Director for the ABBC five year NLM (National Library of Medicine) Telemedicine project and Editor of the Final Report. In addition, Steve has developed and implemented numerous collaborative projects throughout Los Angeles and California emphasizing work with community based organizations and safety-net clinics that work with medically underserved populations.

Steve has published more than 25 journal articles on integrative medicine, physician training, program evaluation, online education, survey development, health policy, outcomes-based research, and cultural competence.

Peter Robinson

Sales & Support

Mr. Robinson has a broad background in businesses ranging from auto repair to film production with stops on the way in farming, computer sales, computer support, and software development. His unusually wide range of experience allows him to quickly diagnose, troubleshoot, and see solutions to tricky installation and support problems. Peter also has a great deal of experience with crafting winning bids, software sales, computer support, and training to governmental organizations such as the counties of Hawaii and Kauai in the state of Hawaii.

Adam Higerd

Senior Technologist

Mr. Higerd is in charge of software development and is the architect of the program and database design used in the Interphraser™ software. In addition Adam engineered and developed the administration and content production tools to manage that database. Adam is also actively involved in the development of C++ libraries and routines and is the co-founder and manager of the Qxt open-source project which is at the core of the Interphraser™ software. His wide experience in biometrics, network, database, and embeddable software design are crucially important in Ingenuitor’s success.
