Russell Dollinger, Ph.D.
CEO and co-founder
Russ has nearly 20 years entrepreneurial experience in the language and publishing fields, and is considered an industry leader in the field of interlanguage communication. He is the author of several books including the bestselling, Pocket Medical Spanish.

Russ received his Ph.D. from UCLA and his undergraduate degree from UC Davis. He is responsible for many of Ingenuitor's conceptual designs.

Gregory Smart
CFO and co-founder
Greg has extensive experience in several areas of business that range from consumer product management, acquisition and financing, and business strategy & planning. He was the founder of a boutique start-up advisement and investment banking service that secured several million dollars of financing for customers in business sectors that ranged from technology, entertainment, and education.

Greg recieved his undergraduate degree from Menlo College, was a fellow at Oxford University, and a fellow of the prestigious Leadership LA Program. He is also responsible for many of Ingenuitor's conceptual designs.
